Went to Nandi Hills last week. Was not sure of where to take the left turn for Nandi hills from NH7. So I took these photographs for other Tbhpians in similar dilema...

The left turn is about 1-2 kms from the Devanahalli junction on NH7. The pics are taken after making the turn.

Closeup, the board is actually in Kannada, so not readable. Kind of says Nandi Hill 22 km

Just watch out for the ACC Cement factory on your left .Its the immediate left which takes you to Nandi Hills.

I personally feel the best time to visit Nandi hills is early mornings as this is when it will give you a proper hill station look and feel(fully covered with mist and very scenic)

and for the hill station weather.. as of now.. bangalore itself is nothing less than a hill station... i just love the current weather
