Climbing up is easier than climbing down. And we made it even more difficult by taking a different trail while coming down. We took what we believe is the trail of the water. It had a lot of loose gravel. So a few slipped and fell. Some decided to slide down at some of the places.

It was fun and it was good for us.

Finally we conquered what Shivaji and other kings did in their times. Well, we did not hoist the flag. It was already there, flying for us.

Thank you Ashish. We will try the family ones first. And then I have colleagues who do the more difficult treks. So may be I could gang up with them.

For family and kids, one can even try going to Lohgad and Visapur forts which are much easy for the foot.
