Innova tyres ???

My grandad has a diesel innova which has done about 45k kms and is due for a tyre change within the next 5k kms. Presently running on stock bridgestone potenzas and steel rims.
Planning to upgrade to alloys(and tyres) on a budget of 40k max. Main priorities are ride comfort. Was thinking of tubeless michelins. Please advice on whether to upsize the tyres and what alloys and tyre to take as soon as possible

THANKS IN ADVANCE.......

If ride is priority, then go for Michelin certis. I can personally vouch for them.

Cheapest would be AURA...
Dont have much idea about the 15" rims cost but expect a price of 20-25K for a set of 5 alloys....Chrome alloys will be costlier...

Our innova is due for a tyre replacement which we plan to get done by today or tomorrow. This does mostly high speed highway duty and is driven by a chauffeur all the time.
Looking for tyres with a comfortable ride and least possible noise.
I have got qoutes for Michellin MXV8 at 5.8k, XM1+ at 5.6k and the BS potenza at 4.8k which of these would you recommend or are there any better than these that i missed out on. Also is it possible to get bigger tyres on stock rims ??

Choose between MXV8 & XM1, don't even go near GIII if you want comfort & a silent ride.

Michelin Certis is off the market. We get XM1 energy now!
