Recomended Tyre size and Brand for 99ZEN

Hi Guys,
Am planning to upgrade the existing 145 70 r13 on my zen, can anyone suggest the best upgrade?also which is the better brand??Not plannin to go for an alloy,but wil give a thought bout it later.Is 165 65 r13 a good choice??I checked it in a good year shop,looked pretty good.PLS Advice

Dont go for 165/65-13 it will touch at the rear unless u use spacers to raise the suspension...Also with stock steel 4J rims it will hamper your braking n steering...
Stick to stock size else go for 165/60-13 with alloys...

Hey there,Thanks for the Info,But how bout the 155/70/13 ??or 155/65/13??on the stock rims??which would be better for handlin the corners??145 or 155,does 10mm really make a difference??Also let me know which brand of rubber is good..peple here told me Bridgestone is good ,wat do u say???

155/70/13 isn't a right upsize....
155/65/13 good upsize but wont give u much choice in choosing a rubber

Bridgestone- soft rubber , quite n grippy
MRF ZVTS- noisy, long lasting n gives exceptional braking (my choice)
Goodyear- Avg of them, nothing great

I think I will go for bridgestone and stick to the stock settings as of now.
