New Honda City Alloys

Hi,

I have a New Honda City ZX (manual) iDSI. I am planning to install alloy wheels. Is it possible to install new rims with the old tyres, or do i have to change the tyres as well. If so whats the best tyre for my car, 15 or 16 inch would be nice. Can anyone tell me if i can get decent alloys for 20 - 25k.
