Would larger tyres affect the electronics of modern cars?

My fathet just got an Automatic Ciaz.
The power is JUST adequate /bordering on sluggish.

It has 185 65 r15 tyres, a bit small for our patchy rural roads.

Will increasing it to 195 65 r15 (2% increase) make it much more sluggish?

Any thoughts/experience with this?
