Hi everyone, i know this is a old thread, but didnt want to create new one, so i am posting my query here.

I will be buying a vRS and wanted suggestions for alloys and tyres.
I looked at OZ wheels(just love them), They have good rims. I want to buy 17"ers.

Here are the best 2 -
Crono :- OZ - Inside the excellence since 1971 - Crono HT
Palladio :- OZ - Inside the excellence since 1971 - Palladio

The latter is the best in my books, but the other also comes under consideration.
It is not that i want only OZ, an brand will do. Also the budget is around 30-40k for rims and about 20-30k for tyres, so total is around 60k.

The requirements of my rims are simple, They should be light, they should be strong and they should look good.
To go with these i want good and very grippy tubeless radials, I do quite alot of fast driving and also love to take turns at high speeds, so they should be fatter also.
I really dont know about the OE sizes else could have said something about them. Please do post OE tyre sizes also.

OE size is 205/55 R16. For 40k it is highly unlikely that you will get 17" OZ rims. You could try buying used.

HR has a model which looks like the original Skoda set. It costs about 24K. Plus a couple of hundred for Skoda stickers in the center. Or else pull out the badges from the wheel caps and stick them on the alloys.

I dont want the vRS rims, i will be buying a vRS so i will be getting them with the car, i dont really like them that is why want better, how much will OZ and others cost.
Also what size should i get? 205/55/R17? or what, i want it to be more of good looking rims than they have to be comfortable.
Also which rubbers with these, remind you that i want only TUBELESS RADIALS.
