alloys and tyres for Swift Diesel

Hi Guys

Taking delivery of the Swift Diesel on Wednesday and have been trying to get the ideal alloy and tyre package upgrade.

I plan to go in for 15" alloys from Lenso. Regarding the tyres, i need to make a choice between Michelin Energy and Goodyear Eagle Ventura.

The tyre sizes available are 205 55 15 and 195 60 15
Could someone please help out and let me know which size would be ideal.

thanks

Ideal upsize would be:

195/60 R15
205/55 R15
205/60 R15 (Slightly higher OD difference but can work)

Also make sure that the alloy wheel is minimum 6J size in width & has the correct PCD & offset.

For more suggestions use the search function as this topic (Swift upgrade) has been discussed upmteen times. Here's a recent thread:

Congrats for the new car.!!!!

1. 195/60-15 is ideal 15" upgrade for Swift ...I think its more than sufficient no need of 205 rubber...

2. Would advise u to stick to Michelins or Bridgestones ....Stay away from Goodyear...

3. Search for Swift tyres here u'll find a lot of threads.

Pray why ?? IMHO the Ducaro GA series and Eagle Ventura both happen to be good tyres. And thier new Excellence series is also great to look at and ride.
