Switching Tyres Accent - - Santro

Hi All,

I am new to this site. Need a little help from all you ppl here.

I have a Santro Xing & Accent. I wish to install new alloys & fatter tyres on my accent but the problem is that the tyres on the accent have done just 10000 km's and are still good for another 20k.
At the same time my Santro has done 45k and are now wanting replacement. Can I go ahead & switch my accent tyres ( incl rim ) to my santro. This will solve my problem . Hope I do notsound stupid by asking these questions.
