wheels & tyres for siera

hi guys one of my friend needs some good wheels and tyres for his siera hez planing to fix 17" spokes alloys and low profile sport tyres .will it suit to suv's .and hez searchin above 250/70/17 tyres will this be available in secondhand somewhere in chennai pls help give a pm and i can contact u pls
