Just got my Yokos(At last!). First impressions:
No fouling with the wheel arches ( was real worried about that).
Great grip
The braking finally seems to be adequate
And ride quality is a lot better.

You mounted those tyres on stock 4j rims.

About the tyre pressure, fill it with 30psi and if u feel the ride is bouncy then reduce it to 28psi.

No real noticible noise levels. Noticed noise only once on miramar-caranzalem bypass and that too after almost sticking my head out of the window. However i did notice a bit of oversteer. But nothing one cannot get used to.

Hi Rohan,
Congrats on your new set of tyres.I wanted to know the shop from where you picked it up.Will be in Goa by end of this month so I was thinkng of changing my tyres.Currently I am using JK Ultima XP with tubes 145/70 R12.4 tyres are about 4.5 yrs old and I tyre I had just replaced a few months back. The car has barely done 26,000 kms.Looking at the posts on the forum I had wanted to change over to tube less. What do you advise and where can I source them.Secondly since I would have to change the rims how much would they cost In Goa or is it better to move over to alloys.

Is that for a 800? Before going in for alloys think about how long you want to keep the car. If you are planning to sell anytime soon it might not justify the investment.
