I suggest that you get the suspension hardened a tad little since the ride aint that hard with the 50 profiles.

Remove those rims from there if you are still driving around with them .
Congratulations once again.
Thanks Riju,

Yes I sent the car to Hariprasad Automobiles who checked the suspension.
Suspension was fine. He raised the back of the car by an inch and its fine now.

Rims have been removed now.
Cheers

Fantastic choice GD! Those alloys are to die for & believe me the only better brand then these you can find (quality wise & even that marginally better) is BBS! So enjoy your new purchase & let me congratulate you on your excellent choice of rims & tyres!

Now if only God would let me win that elusive lottery so I too can fit some nice OZ's on my car!!

No RJ, Petra is having a much harder suspension compared to Baleno. Baleno having softer suspension gives a plusher solw speed ride.

Took the car out for a short drive on Ring road to Airport Road.
Previously with old tyres, I used to feel lots of body roll on sharp curves.
Body roll have almost decreased to zero on the same speeds.
With this, overtaking is more fun now.
cheers

GTO, Thats the best compliments My car have got from someoone. Thanks.

@flying Bong, I believe that you also bought same tyres, Can you please post some pics of your buy. And Rs 4600 per tyres sounds reasonable.

@Shailu, OZ racing are Italian brand and have to be imported by dealers/Shops. You get the OZ racing (Design Gemini, PCD -98, 15 inches wideth-6.5J) for 40K + shipping (for 4 wheels).

Just an update and a Question to Bhpian,

Is this possible to gain fuel efficiency with tyres changes when new tyres are wider than stock tyres. I changed from stock 175/65/r14 to 205/50/R15, I have noticed atleast 1km more distance covered in 1 litre of petrol. The new tyres are Yoko Sdrive.

Previously I used to get 10kmpl in Bangalore city but now I am getting 11+kmpl in the same conditions. I did not post it earlier because I wanted to be sure, so checked it for 4-5 tankups. I am sure that Circumfrence is almost same for my stock and new tyres and there is not much of odo error( 0.02%).

Is my observation right, Anyone else felt this difference with S drives?
I have yet to check the Highway milage with new tyres. will update soon.

cheers
GD
