Aah so everyone now likes the S-drive . Pick them up, I also fell prey to these wonderful set of tyres.

PS : I don't have much experience with the G-III's. Drove a friends car once to Mysore and thats my only experience with the G-III's. I felt the S-Drives scored over the G-III's. Could be coz my money was on the S-drives.

I have GIIIs in my Baleno and i have driven my friends NHC with S drives.
S drives are better than GIIIs no doubt about it but yeah GIIIs are still the best performance tyre available in 13"..

195/50-15 is a wrong upsize for Swift..
Alloys are very good though...

I used Potenza GIII 185/65 R13 on my indica for 40K kms.
they are directional so they are a little noisy, even for an indica. Handling is brilliant, and so is braking, but make sure if you get them have the spare wheel a non directional tire.
you can search this section for "threads started by tsk1979" for detailed ownership review.

I guess both tires are good and will make you happy. so the best thing to do is
1. check the price
2. Check the looks
Chose one which you think is a better deal.

I think the thread starter has already bought the Potenza MY01.

tsk1979
AFAIK GIIIs are not available in 185/65-13
