Tyre Upgrade for Audi A6 tyres

Hi,

Wanted to change the tires on a friends new Audi A6 which came equipped with Bridgestone 225/50/17. Not happy with the tires as they are too noisy at high speeds.

What size & brands can I switch to retaining the rim size of 17". Dont mind going wider. Car will be used extensively on the Mumbai-Poona, Mumbai- Mahabaleshwar, Mumbai- Solapur highways and is usually driven at high speeds.

Comfort & Tire Noise is of utmost importance.

Would request if brand, model & size are given with availability in Mumbai and approx pricing.

Need to change the same in the next 48 hours.

245/45 R17 - Pilot Primacy

Yokohama:
235/45 R17 - ES501 (Just within permittable tolerance)
235/45 R17 - Advan Sport

my friends audi a6 3.2fsi has pilot primacys. i must say they are very good. barely any noise and the ride is good even with the 17" wheels and the stiff suspension setup. i cant really comment on the handling since i havent really cornered with them but they handled the corners are seaface pretty well at about 110.

Hi guys,

Tyres changed to Yokohoma Advan Sport 235/45/17. The drive is simply mind blowing now.

Thanks for the suggestions Ishaan.
