problem with my wheel alignment

hi guys,
yesterday i had given my car for serivice which included wheel balancing and wheel allignment. now after i got the delivery of the car when i drive it on normal roads it pulls on the right immediately after leaving the steering... why is it so? these guys told me that they will do it good today but i wanna know what could have gone wrong technically?

also is there any good place in mumbai for wheel allignment around khar to goregaon?
