How do you paint a tyre?

Hi folks,

I am not seeking to paint any tyre red, green or blue, but merely asking how does one paint the name of the tyre ---like "Michelin" in white so that it stands out and gives a sporty look.I've seen such tyres in the US and UK, but not in India.

Any clues on how this can be done, and do you know anyone who does it in Hyderabad? A pal of mine who recently changed his footwear is seeking this info.

Thanks in advance!
