NHC Vtec Old with New!

I have been running on Good Year Eagle F1 195/60 R14 for the past 3 years, have done 40K km on them. 2 Tyres have really worn out and the replacment is round the corner. I was looking getting the Energy XM1+, The question is can i use the 2 tyres from GY and 2 XM1+? Or shall I change all to XM1+? what is the suggestion, would love to differ the spend by a couple of months?
