Thanks for this thread. These vehicles never fail to fascinate. One request though. Can you please reduce the font size of your watermark and possibly move it to a corner? A coloured watermark [color probably got to do with your name :-) ] in the center with big font on a black and white snap is standing out loud. Thanks in advance.

This is about restoring the war cripples to self support, it is related to war and military so I thought it would be apt for this thread.

This reminds me of the "Give Way to Uphill Traffic" signs on the Ghat roads many eons ago. I wouldn't have challenged an armoured car anyway!!!

Lincoln Zephyr (1942 ?) in Calcutta. The three stars seem to indicate it belonged to Lt.Gen Stilwell, of the Burma-China Ledo Road fame.
