Royal Enfield has launched the 2021 Classic 350, with prices starting at Rs. 1.84 lakh (ex-showroom).
The 2021 Classic 350 is based on the company's J-platform. It uses a double-cradle frame similar to the Meteor 350. The bike is equipped with 41 mm forks at the front and gets dual shock absorbers at the rear. It rides on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels shod with wider section tyres.
The bike retains its modern classic look. It features a circular headlamp with position lights on either side. The updated instrument cluster now has a digital readout that displays the fuel level and odometer. Higher variants of the bike get Bluetooth connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation.
Powering the Classic 350 is a 349cc, single-cylinder, DOHC engine that produces 20.3 BHP @ 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm @ 4,000 rpm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The braking setup consists of a 300 mm disc at the front and a 270 mm disc at the rear, supported by either single or dual-channel ABS.
