2023 Lamborghini Aventador successor images leaked

The new Lamborghini Revuelto name, as per trademark filings translates to "unruly".

Lamborghini has been working on a successor to its Aventador for quite some time now. The new V12 supercar from the Italian brand is expected to make its global debut in March 2023

However, just weeks ahead of its unveil, images of the upcoming supercar have surfaced online. The photos showcase the Aventador replacement completely undisguised revealing much of its exterior design. Reports also state that the upcoming supercar could be named 'Lamborghini Revuelto'. The leaked images show the new supercar featuring size and dimensions similar to that of the outgoing Aventador, but borrowing design cues from the brand's Sian model from 2019.

The new Lamborghini Revuelto, which as per trademark filings translates to "unruly" will be the brand's first supercar to feature a plug-in hybrid system paired with an all-new naturally-aspirated V12 engine. The hybrid powertrain is expected to put out power figures similar to that of the Aventador Ultimae LP770-4, while improving on its 0-100 km/h time and top speed.

The Lamborghini Aventador replacement is the first model to be part of the brand's hybrid-only lineup strategy for 2024. The Italian supercar brand will also unveil a hybrid successor to the Huracan and a plug-in hybrid Urus, before launching its first pure-electric supercar in 2028.
