Ather Rizta electric scooter teased ahead of launch

The Ather Rizta could share its battery and electric motor with the 450S / 450X.

Ather Energy has released a teaser of its upcoming "family scooter". The new model will be called Rizta.

The teaser depicts an ultrasound screen with the silhouette of the Ather Rizta. Note that the overall shape of the scooter looks similar to the test mule spotted earlier.

The Ather Rizta has a sleek front apron with a wide and flat seat and a flat footboard. It is likely to be equipped with LED lights, a touchscreen instrument console, alloy wheels and a front disc brake.

Technical details of the Ather Rizta are still under wraps. However, it could share its battery and electric motor with Ather's 450 series.
