Bajaj Pulsar NS400 to be launched on May 3

The Pulsar NS400 will use the same 373.3cc single-cylinder engine that powers the Dominar 400 and KTM RC 390.

Bajaj Auto is all set to launch the Pulsar NS400 in the Indian market on May 3, 2024.

The Pulsar NS400 will use the same 373.3cc single-cylinder engine that powers the Dominar 400 and KTM RC 390, making it the biggest Pulsar ever. On the Dominar, this engine produces 39 BHP @ 8,800 rpm and 35 Nm @ 6,500 rpm, while the KTM packs 43 BHP.

It is still unclear as to which engine tune will be offered on the Pulsar NS400. That being said, the engine will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox via a slip-and-assist clutch.

In terms of styling, the Pulsar NS400 could adopt a similar design language to the existing NS range. We can expect aggressive styling with an LED headlamp and a digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity.

The NS400 is expected to get an upside-down front fork and a mono-shock at the rear. It will get disc brakes at both ends supported by ABS and other safety aids.
