Classic Legends launches new variants of Jawa 42 & Yezdi Roadster

The Yezdi Roadster gets revised rider foot pegs and a taller handlebar, for a more touring-friendly riding experience.

Classic Legends has launched a new variant of the Jawa 42 and an updated Yezdi Roadster. Prices for the new Jawa 42 Dual Tone start at Rs 1,98,142, while the new Yezdi Roadster is priced from Rs 2,08,829 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Jawa 42 Dual Tone

The Dual Tone variant of the Jawa 42 features clear lens indicators, short-hang fenders, a redesigned seat and a new fuel tank. The bike also gets a redesigned bash plate, new handlebar-mounted mirrors and new handlebar grips. It rides on diamond-cut alloy wheels.

The Jawa 42 is powered by a 294.7cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that makes 27 BHP and 26.8 Nm. The engine is mated with a 6-speed gearbox.

The Jawa 42 Dual Tone is available in four dual-tone colour options: Cosmic Rock, Infinity Black, Starship Blue and Celestial Copper.

Yezdi Roadster

The bike maker claims to have made several changes to the Yezdi Roadster. These include revised rider foot pegs that have been moved forward by 155 mm and a taller handlebar. The changes are said to have made the bike more touring-friendly. It will be sold alongside the existing Roadster.

The Yezdi Roadster also gets a few design updates, such as sportier-looking knee recess, diamond-cut alloy wheels, a Raven texture finish over the engine and exhaust, new handlebar grips, handlebar-mounted mirrors and a revised exhaust.

The Roadster is powered by a 334cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that makes 29 BHP and 28.9 Nm. It is available in three dual-tone colours: Rush Hour Red, Forest Green and Lunar White along with a Shadow Grey solid theme.
