Force Gurkha partially revealed in new teaser

The SUV gets 'Gurkha' lettering on the grille.

A new teaser released by Force Motors gives us a glimpse of the Gurkha's front end.

The off-roader comes with circular headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lights, a redesigned bonnet, a snorkel, and 'Gurkha' lettering on the grille. It also gets a tailgate-mounted spare wheel, a touchscreen infotainment system, captain seats for the second row and side-facing jump seats at the rear.

The new Gurkha is expected to be powered by a 2.6-litre diesel engine producing 89 BHP and 260 Nm. The engine will be mated to a 5-speed manual transmission, a low range gearbox and an all-wheel-drive system. An independent front suspension and a rigid axle at the rear will further add to its off-road capabilities.

The SUV will be unveiled on September 15, 2021.
