Gaurav Gill granted bail by Jodhpur court

Gaurav Gill has been granted bail by a Jodhpur court in a case registered against him under section 304A of IPC, following the accident that took place during the 2019 Rally of Jodhpur in September 2019.

Gill appeared before the court on October 19, 2019. The police, through their investigations have found that it's a case of an accident and does not come under section 304A of IPC (Causing death due to negligence).

Gaurav Gill's car had crashed into a motorcycle during an INRC event, killing three. Gill also sustained injuries and had to be hospitalized. The rally was called off following the accident.
