Hyundai has launched the i20 N Line in India. It is available in three variants - N6 iMT, N8 iMT and N8 DCT with prices starting at Rs. 9.84 lakh (ex-showroom).
The i20 N Line is a sportier version of the regular i20. On the outside, it gets dual-tone bumpers and side skirts with red accents, a roof spoiler and twin-exhausts. It comes with newly-designed 16-inch alloy wheels and has disc brakes on all four corners.
The i20 N Line gets an all-black interior with red highlights. It comes with leatherette seats featuring the N Logo, leather-wrapped gear knob, 3-spoke steering wheel, metal pedals and red ambient lighting. The N Line version gets the same 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system as the standard i20. It is compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Other features include a digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, automatic climate control, cruise control, sunroof and a 7-speaker Bose audio system.
Under the bonnet, the i20 N Line comes with a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine that produces 118 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and 172 Nm @ 1,500-4,000 rpm. The engine is mated to either a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. The suspension and exhaust is said to have been tuned for a sporty driving experience.
