Mercedes-Benz opens bookings for the new GLC in India

The Mercedes GLC will be officially launched on August 9, 2023.

Mercedes-Benz dealers have started accepting bookings for the next-generation GLC. Customers can place their orders by paying a token amount of Rs 1.50 lakh.

The Mercedes GLC will be officially launched on August 9, 2023. The SUV will be available in two variants: GLC 300 and GLC 220d, in a single Avantgarde trim. Both variants get Mercedes' 4MATIC all-wheel drive.

The new GLC is slightly larger than the outgoing model and carries forward the clean and elegant design language. The SUV gets a redesigned front end with reprofiled LED headlamps, a reworked grille and a front bumper. At the rear, the car gets slim LED tail lamps and twin chrome exhaust tips.

Inside, the SUV comes equipped with an S-Class-inspired dashboard featuring an 11.9-inch touchscreen running the brand’s latest MBUX infotainment system and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.

The next-gen GLC now comes with mild-hybrid powertrain options. The outgoing version was offered with 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engines paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
