Range Rover Velar facelift launched at Rs 94.3 lakh

The Range Rover Velar is available in the top-spec HSE trim in India.

Land Rover has officially launched the 2023 Range Rover Velar in India. The updated SUV is available in the top-spec HSE trim priced at Rs 94.3 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Range Rover Velar gets minor cosmetic tweaks for the 2023 model year. The SUV comes with new pixel LED headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights, redesigned tail lights and an updated rear bumper.

The interior features a minimalistic look with fewer physical buttons. It comes with a new 11.4-inch curved touchscreen running Land Rover's Pivi Pro system, 4-zone automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera, powered front seats with heating and ventilation functions, a powered tailgate, and a Meridian audio system. The car has a sleek centre console area with the Terrain Response controls now integrated into the touchscreen.

In India, the Velar is available with a 2.0-litre petrol engine producing 247 BHP and 365 Nm and a 2.0-litre diesel that puts out 201 BHP and 430 Nm. The SUV gets a four-wheel-drive system and air suspension that lowers the ride height by 40 mm in 'Elegant Arrival' mode. It has a water-wading depth of 580 mm.
