Rumour: Honda CB500X prices slashed by Rs. 1.1 lakh

The bike was launched in March 2021 at Rs. 6.87 lakh and now costs Rs. 5.80 lakh (ex-showroom).

Honda has reduced the prices of the CB500X by Rs. 1.1 lakh. The bike was launched in March 2021 at Rs. 6.87 lakh and now costs Rs. 5.80 lakh (ex-showroom).

The adventure touring bike is imported as a Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kit and assembled locally. It is equipped with an LED headlamp, a digital instrument cluster, multi-spoke alloy wheels, and all-terrain tyres.

Powering the CB500X is a 471cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that puts out 46 BHP @ 8,500 rpm and 43.2 Nm @ 6,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slipper and assist clutch.
