Took delivery of Bullet 350 in Japan: How it differs from Indian model

I rode my new Royal Enfield 25 km back home with my wife as a pillion. She got on a motorcycle after 10 years.

BHPian Viju recently shared this with other enthusiasts:

Exactly 80 days after booking the bike, finally took delivery of our Bullet today morning from Royal Enfield Tokyo West. She had 7.6 km on the odo.

Did not opt for any extras other than an ETC device (similar to Fastag) to ride on the toll roads.

Rode 25 km back home through the back roads with the missus in tow. She was getting on a motorcycle after 10 years. Loving it so far.

Noticeable differences with the domestic model are the lack of a front number plate, saree guard and heel-toe shift lever. The speedo reads in kph and mph, and the tiny sticker on the tank says E5 / E10 and not E20.

This is the 22nd motorcycle I have owned in 25 years of riding. This could very well be my last and final motorcycle purchase. Hope to pen down an ownership report once I get to clock a few miles.
