Triumph is gearing up to launch the Rocket 3 GT in India on September 10, 2020.

The Rocket 3 GT features a few modifications that are aimed at improving its touring capabilities. It comes with pullback handlebars and adjustable foot pegs that are positioned slightly forward. It has a larger seat that is positioned at a lower height compared to the R variant. The bike also gets a taller flyscreen, heated grips, adjustable pillion foot pegs and backrest.

The 2020 Rocket 3 GT is based around an aluminium chassis, making it 40 kg lighter than its predecessor. The bike is powered by a 2,500cc, 3-cylinder engine that produces 165 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and 221 Nm @ 4,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

The bike is equipped with a 47 mm upside down fork suspension at the front and a monoshock at the rear. The braking setup consists of dual 320 mm discs and a single 300 mm disc with 4-piston calipers at the front and rear respectively.
