Ultraviolette F77 offered with up to 8 lakh km warranty

Ultraviolette offers three warranty packages: UV Care, UV Care+ and UV Care Max.

Bangalore-based EV startup Ultraviolette, has rolled out new battery warranties for its F77 electric motorcycle, including a segment-first 8 lakh km warranty.

Ultraviolette offers three warranty packages: UV Care, UV Care+ and UV Care Max. Earlier, the 3-year warranty under UV Care was for 30,000 km. It has now been extended to 60,000 km on the Original F77.

UV Care+ offers a 5-year coverage for 1,00,000 km on the Recon variant. Previously, the warranty was only valid for up to 50,000 km.

The UV Care Max package now offers a warranty of 8 years / 8,00,000 km. Earlier, it only offered coverage for up to 1,00,000 km.

The F77 is powered by an electric motor that generates 40 BHP and 100 Nm of peak torque. It enables the bike to accelerate from 0-60 km/h in 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 152 km/h. Ultraviolette claims an IDC range of 307 km on a single charge.
