1930 Mercedes-Benz Count Trossi SSK was the result of a combined effort of Count Carlo Felice Trossi, who bought the chassis of the SSK in 1930, and an unknown English body worker, Wiilie White (coach-builder), who put Trossi's vision into reality. It has surely earned its name, the Black Prince. This magnificent car is a part of Ralph Lauren car collection.

Thanks Sandeep..The 300 SL is another immortal. The DB2 is also beautiful.I see you've got a yen for cars with long hoods!

@Dippy : Was waiting for when someone would put a Ferrari up there..
@freewheel : Inspiration for the first batmobile ? Seen the `50's cartoons ?

Default Looks like this is the First Muscle car on this thread

1st is the classic 1967 Mustang GT500 with a V8 producing 355 bhp @ 5400 rpm and 569 Nm @ 3200 rpm, and a 4 speed manual.

2nd is the current year GT500 with a Supercharged and Intercooled V8 producing 540 bhp at 6200 rpm and an astounding 650 Nm @ 4500 rpm of pure torque coupled with a 6 Speed Manual, Dual 250mm clutch.
The 1st always stays the same but with each passing year my second favourite keeps on changing.

yup. Long-hooded coupes are what I drive in my dreams, thru southern France. My fav read:The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

Therefore, in actual life, I scoot around in my trusted Indica DLS.

Well everybody will have his own favourites but the following cars have come out on top in many international polls

1. Mercedes Benz 300SL Gullwing
2. Jaguar E Type.

Both above are classic designs.

Sadly beautiful design seems to have vanished from the current crop of cars.

It was love at first sight for me with these two,

The Aston Martin DBS Volante,

And the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport,
