Sai,

From your words, I can feel the love you have for your car. To love it more, please upgrade the Tyres. I have updgraded to 175/70 R13 and the Ride has improved significantly and more importantly, I can brake harder.

One question: Does the headlamp upgrade and installing relays not void the warranty on electricals ? I was told by my service advisor in HMP not to install any relays or even upgrade even my Horn

Hey Para:

Sorry for the delayed response! Yup. I really love my car just next to myself I believe. I have read your posts when I was a visitor to this forum long back. Gud to know that you have upgraded your tyres. Many do suggest me that. Can you please share the details how much we need to shell out for the same?

Answer: Nope! You are not gonna void any warranty, I did check it up.

Sai,

Sorry I missed your thread for some time. I have given the cost of alloys and tyres.

Alloys: Hyundai OE Rs 16,500 for a set of 5
Tyres: Michelin XM1+ - 175/70 R13 at Rs 3150 each.

Buyback: 4 Tyres had done 6000 km. So they were taken at 900 each and the spare tyre was taken for 1800.

Steel Rims: Sold through TBHP classifieds for 300 each. Market buyback is 150-200.
