@SR congratulations on your new buy. My guess would be 5L.

Looks very crisp in the snap, waiting for more. Keep rolling.

Surjith, I miss your beast in the parking lot :-(

The price would have been anywhere between 5.8-6.5L Rs. A few checks should also decide the price(lesser or more):
1) Tyre Condition (if a mere 10-15K is left than price should be depriciated.)
2) Suspension Condition(If it is OK! then nothing can be done about price.)\
3) Lights(especially front.)
4) Power Windows.
5) AC effectiveness(If gas recharging is required then it's ok; But if the matter is different then ask the owner to get rid of it first.)
6) Under hood Silencer condition.
Best of Luck for a calm & comfy ownership of your vehicle.

Yes, all the steps were taken care.

1) Tyre Condition (if a mere 10-15K is left than price should be depriciated.) teh tyres will run around 10 K kms
2) Suspension Condition(If it is OK! then nothing can be done about price.) we drove the vehicle in humps without any brakes, and there were no sounds the suspension was cool
3) Lights(especially front.) the lights were slightly dimmed, but not requirement to change
4) Power Windows. all were in good condition
5) AC effectiveness(If gas recharging is required then it's ok; But if the matter is different then ask the owner to get rid of it first.) AC was really good.
6) Under hood Silencer condition. no problem

Small defects as i mentioned earlier there are jelly cracks on the winshield. and some fibre parts clips broken at the boot.
and 1 fog lamp brokened. but we negioted all the things in price.

Congrats Sir! Definitely a worthy buy.

Do keep us posted on the way things work out. Good luck!

Awaiting images and btw, dont tell us this is a gift to you and if so, all the price speculations would become meaningless

and small clips which were lost on the fibre parts.
Congratulations Speedy Racer thats a good buy for sure.Happy Driving. Waiting for the pictures.
But was wondering as to whether sand loaded trucks damage our windscreens. And I have seen the small tiny cracks developing into mighty cracks always within days of driving.

Lucky lady.

Anyways let me congratulate you once again. But do take it concorde and get it thoroughly serviced before you start reclaiming your life.

And din't I tell you the price of the deal was indeed a killer one.
But I would advise not to disclose it as it would affect its resale value, in case you ever plan to upgrade

if there are stones then the crack will happen on the winshield.

but this cracks are called as Jelly Cracks(i am not sure technically what is it called).

thats what my mechanic also told.
