Wow a fun meet indeed, I was to ride with Ravi and Adheesh but unfortunately a bout of fever forced me to back out. Adheesh I will have to experience your driving skills at another date.

Wanted to come soo desperately for this drive..as till now I have not even once seen the Mumbai-pune expressway

and now after seeing the pics its more disheartening.

But could not help it as I had prior commitments at My Granny's place.

But next year if this drive will happen again will be surely attending it without any doubt.

@rutwij for the next FCCI drive or meets I will be surely coming with you.

The Next FCCCI meet will happen on the 12th of AUGUST. This is the Third anniversary of the club. Please Do make sure you spread the message.

Venue: Jashan Restaurant. Very close to the Domestic airport. Will post directions soon.
Time: 8PM

WHHHHAAAATT!!! This is by far one of the best restaurants in the City...atleast for the hoggers!! Unlimited Starters galore!! Basically, it is a restaurant which has no main course as such.. only a whole list of starters. some 20 or so of them.

Nice to know that all of you had a great time. The weather certainly looks exhilarating for driving in the pics. "Seasons of mists and mellow fruitfulness and frenetic driving", to paraphrase friend William S.
Will miss the 12th meet (will be away to Goa) and also am not sure as I don't have a Fiat (atleast not anymore, although I don't know if an Uno qualifies as a vintage Fiat!)

Enjoy and post the pics with names please.

Btw, just where is this Jashn?

The UNO is very much welcome.

Directions to Jashn restaurant.

Come from Bandra Towards the Domestic Airport. Just as you approach the airport, Do not take the Airport flyover. Instead go below the flyover and take the first left turn. This is the small left turn before the signal. As soon as you take that road, take the first left again. You will see the restaurant on the right side.

The Uno alas is enjoying itself in the city of nawabs (difficulty in procuring spares and good mechanics compelled me to take this step).

Got the bearings for Jashn; I don't have to take the Nehru Road to Vile Parle Station.

Nope i have never ever been on expressway.But been on Autobahn and loads of London Motorways.

Boss i think Cyrus was refreing to the Mumbai Pune Expressway rather than a Expressway or motorway
