i think your range should be around 300 kms which would be phenomenal for a cng gypsy. Moreover the added 100 kgs at the back shall help ride quality as well.
You have cng + ac and no overheating? Kindly post detailed pics of radiator and condensor. Mine overheats running on petrol and no ac in Delhi summers. I definitely need to check your setup.

I have checked with 'Babba' who has confirmed that he has replaced my Radiator with another one (slightly used but too good) because he was impressed with it. He feels it is of Brass / Copper construction instead of regular Aluminium construction and probably got it from some modified Gypsy. He has shown it to his Radiator manufacturer and could arrange similar, if required.
I will post Pics later.
I have not used it in combination with AC yet and neither have experienced peak summer yet, but can confidently say that it would be ‘No Problem’ item. I am in Janakpuri / Jail Road area and can meet any time (after office hours) conveniently.
