I haven't heard of them before either. But from the article it seems like a start up company.

And, in the U.S. Chrysler and G.M. are talking "Merger" with each other. Things are getting complex. A Wrangler with a om611 coming???

Argentum Motors is owned by former Hyundai man BVR Subbu and some other investors. I think they own the erstwhile Daewoo Motors factory in India.
