The gypsy's are is looking fantastic! I personally like the Delhi number the red & White one. Which one is that Gypsy Unlimited or the Stock Gypsy???

Additionally where was the cabin fabricated. At Raj's workshop or in your hometown. I remember you telling me that the rollcage being fabricated in Delhi, but I do not remember about the fixed cabin. Second is the fixed cabin fiber or metal???

Yes, Bigger engine is in the wishlist. I am waiting for you to complete your 416 project for the feedback. Top speed is reduced drastically to 80 kmph due to bigger tyres.

You mean my diesel Izuki (Isuzu +Suzuki) right? Lift kit and bigger tyres are coming on my diesel Izuki aswell. That will be one of my next projects.

Harjeev, Gypsy unlimited is the yellow one. You have to read the full thread to understand what i meant by that. I was referring to white as stock . I know its not stock but It is still stock imechanically. (not the body)

Cabin was done my Raj Kapoor. Read my other thread about Rally Gypsy and you will get all details and cabin is metal and not fiberglass.

Devang, The steering has become so light after the tyre upgrade and lifting and I really dont know how and why!! Believe me it was much harder with stock nylon tyres. I had plans to go for PS after installingt bigger tyres. But now dropped the plan.

Engine perfomance has dropped considerably on the road and same goes for top speed. But off the road in 4x4 mode it is still OK. But I havent done any serious offroading.

Yes the front bumpers will be removed for offroading.

... But unfortunately not the front ones. . It wasnt going in at all.

There were two issues 1) the front bumper was blocking the tyres even from going in.....

So we removed the front bumper and tried. The clearance increased but the front pipe holding the bumper was still blocking the tyres from going in.. Then we decided to cut the pipes and weld them again at a later time.
after cutting both ends of the front pipe by six inches on both sides the tyres went inside.

We installed the tyres.....

God forbid, if you get a puncture in the front, how will you change the tyre now on a trail? Do get this weak link sorted out -- if not done already.

The clearance in the front is been taken care. Infact I have added shackle lifts on both front and rear. The front bumper willl be removed for offroading. I know the clearance is still less and havent got a chance to test it thouroughly off the road. Will be testing it soon and need to lift it more if required.

bhogalrajnish, Both are identical in sizes. I think its the angle of photos which makes the yellow look slightly longer.
