I will be a proud owner of a Chevvy Cruze in the span of next couple of days. VIN details were provided by Dealer and I decoded it to be June 2012. This does not seem correct based on feedback by Dealer. I would be grateful if you can provide the production detail for the following VIN:

Its a June 2013 manufactured Vehicle. Refer first page of this thread for Chevrolet VIN decoding.

I appreciate your quick response. I was thrown off by the earlier method of ascertaining the details of VIN for Chevrolet vehicles and without being aware of changes post Feb11. Would it be possible to decode and give details of this i10. By looking at your post on 1st page I have decoded it to be June 2013 manufactured but would it be possible to give detailed decoding including the Date of manufacture like you have done in some posts before. Thanks in advance.

Thanks wildon. Looks like you have got a good source to get all details.

Is it possible for you to find out the status of vehicle based on the VIN. As in if you can find out if the vehcile is in transit or delivered at yard etc.

The reason I ask is because a week ago, the SA asked me to sort the finance since vehicle is already in yard. Today another person says vehicle has not come yet.
