I checked the site mentioned on Page 1 for VW family cars, and it returned 2013 July &Scaron;koda Rapid 1.6 MPI 77kw. Many thanks in advance!

In the first page, I see that Hyundai VIN should be 19 digits - but towards the latest posts, I see that you have decoded even a 17 character VIN (incidentally, the VIN I posted also consists of ONLY 17 character). Why is there a change now - something you are aware of ?
