The 2017 Honda City's ICE: Hidden menus, Bluetooth internet, Apps & more

My 2017 honda infotainment system has gone faulty. Touchscreen is not working and steering controls are therefore not responding. Took to dealer and they said 18k to replace it. I am not in a mood to spend so much unless that is the only option. Where can i get it repaired from open market in Chandigarh or Delhi?

My Digipad 1.0 HU works fine in my 2019 Honda City however I do intend to upgrade it anyways. More than Maps, I need Spotify in my HU.

Is it possible to fit this system on the 2015 Honda City VX I-DTEC ?
Will it function properly?
