Also can you connect to the device via phone (even if nothing comes up on the head unit) and then go to 192.168.50.100 and try updating the software?

I can connect to the dongle via bt and WiFi
Updated firmware did reset etc
Was on email with carlinkit guys
They said Roxx not supported.. pls return the device.
Amazon has non return on this. Only replacement. :(
