Hi dude,
Can you please PM me the number and contact person's name at Sound Craft? How was the installation job (neat?) and their rates for the same?

Which cables did you use?

BTW, did you buy the speakers and amp also from the same shop or got it from elsewhere?

secondly now i really dont want to disappoint you kumar, but, dont you face the problem of getting the tweeter drenched during rainy season that is when you lower you glass while raining? i mean even accidentally, check out my garage for swift, its after this consideration i ruled out this position of tweeter install!

and navinji call me paranoid, but after i lost those 5grands worth blau components and spent an additional 5grand to get a new set it kind of pains my heart to see this!

well do write what you guys think about this!

@nishantgandhi: The name of the person is Neil (9821305040). The installation was neat and the installation charges was also reasonable. I bought the things from this place, but it was all arranged by B&T (Ajay) and he suggested me this place. I am using Ground zero interconnect cables and kickers speakers cable for speakers and Subs. For details you can get in touch with Ajay and he can guide you.

@rider60: Thanks for the word of caution. I would take care that it does not happen during rainy season.

@raajp: Panasonic do have ICE, but I am not too sure about other components. I really like the Amps and it does what it is suppose to do.

praveen_v: Following are the price breakup of the components in my ICE. As it is quite some time some are approx prices.
P80RS - 22,000/-
Electra EL 6.1 - 6,490/-
Electra EL 62 - 3,990/-
GZTA 4.120MKČ - 9,990/-
GZTW 30T - 5,990/-
CY-PA2003U - 8,990/-

Apart from the above there were Damping charges and other miscellaneous charges too.

Update

Yesterday I finally upgraded my front components and Amps after saving the money for quite some time. The front components are now illusion Carbon 6.1 and the Amp is Steg 4.1

The sound is just amazing and when I listened to it first time, I could not stop myself from smiling and felt very satisfied that the money is well spent Thanks to Ajay (B&T) for his help and support. Now I know what it feels to have illusions Carbons and Steg combination. For more detail about the setup Ajay will be the best person to ask. Will post the pics very soon. Watch this space.

Sorry to all the Pune T-Bhp people (Whom I know) for not disclosing my upgrade plans.

Kumar, have you faced the risk of water affecting the tweeters at this location if you even keep your windows slightly down during rains?

Congratulations Kumar. That was a big upgrade.

Shall I say that I knew you were upgrading. What happened to the old stuff from your car?

Yes I do face some problem during rain, I have to take precaution while opening the doors during rains. Since I am very careful in rains, so no problem (touch wood). If the window is slightly open then no problem but if the window is 3/4 or half or full down then problem.

I tried to keep it a secret till the time it is done. Regarding the old stuff it is sold to one of the T-bhp member (Razor4077). The deal was done long time back, but was waiting for the upgrade and finally send the old stuffs to him.

Congrats on the upgrade, kumar_ranjan! Pics pleez

About that tweeter location, I think the danger is more while opening the door during the rains, than with water getting in through the window. It should be safe enough if you are the only person driving the car. Somebody else may not bother to take enough care.

Thanks. Pics will come very soon. I am the only person who is authorized to drive the car and I do not allow anyone to drive

Congrats on a great setup man! Am sure it's sounding outstanding! How are the Carbon components in comparison to the Electras? I know they must be much better, but I wonder if you could describe the difference that you can feel/hear?

And your old equipment is in good hands

Thanks and I hope that you too like the EL6.1s Regarding the difference It is quite difficult to put in words, the first thing I notice was the SQ has improved and I can say the music details are like crystal clear. Hey this is what I think and feel, I am not an Audio expert and do not know how to express and "I am Loving it"
