Illusionised Swift Part 2

Finally the day arrived when I got my ICE upgraded. The current setup are as follows:

Pioneer DEH-P80RS
Illusion Electra EL 6.1 (16,5 cm component system) for front
Illusion Electra EL 62 (16,5 cm 2-way coax) for rear
Ground Zero 4-ch amplifier GZTA 4.120MKČ to power the speakers
Ground Zero Sub-woofer Titanium GZTW 30T
Panasonic 2-Ch amplifier CY-PA2003U to power the Sub-woofer.

Here are some pictures of the ICE.

GZTA 4.120MKČ, CY-PA2003U and GZTW 30T

The installation was carried out in Sound Craft in Oshiwara, Mumbai. I would like to thank moralfibre and Bass&Trouble for the help and support given by them. I am really satisfied with the ICE and having a wonderful time.

Nice setup Ranjan. One special piece of equipment I experienced in this car is the Panasonic Amp. Puts out great power. Seriously recommended for anyone opting for a sub that gives out 400W RMS. Enjoy your music.

Ranjan: After the mini LBM treatment I gave you at the show, I hope your ears are ok to enjoy the new system. :P

Did you try out the Auto TA / Auto EQ on the head unit? Do let us know how it sounds after that.

Upgrade? Looks like you ripped everything out and installed all new stuff!

I love the way the tweets have been flush-mounted too! Its been done very neatly and I'm sure it sounds really good up-front.

Congrats, and enjoyyyyyyy!

At the risk of sounding pompous I feel so proud of choosing that location and getting it right from the installers.

They are behind the HU. Stuck using two way tape.

IIRC Rs. 9,990/- and Rs. 7,990/- respectively. Great amps for the price.

I am also concerned about the protection, but I am unable to find the grill. If you know the place please let me know.

I know a place in Pune where you can find one but instead you should opt for a Velcro strap to stick the sub on the floor. A grill spoils the look of the sub .
