Ajay, Navin & Satya, the problem with mounting the XO in the dash is that there is a socket that runs a wire into the doors. You cannot run a pair of cables each for the tweeter and the mid from the dash to the door. If someone can help me overcome this, I'll be glad to replace the XO's into the dash.

Ahh now I remember, The XOs came in the door because there is no clean way to pass the speaker wires across the door. In the Palio the cables pass the door interface in a press on connector type of thing not direct cable routing.

Ok, FM reception problem is solved. The reason is - There is no radio antenna in the new Palio by default. This I got to know after 3 months
Got a new one from fiat spares now the reception is loud and clear.
