The Boston is louder and as precise as the IDQ since it's a 10 incher. Safe to call it SQL

Power the rears off the HU mate.
Bi-amped Carbons is the way to go.

@monty - Thanks buddy

@ag - Yes, I might bi-amp the carbons soon. But I'm happy the way it sounds right now and the setup is running with fader fully front unless I have my parents sitting in the rear seat. Have you bi-amped your carbons?

Hey Sathee46 I just happened to read this thread. Awesome installation and very good ICE setup man.

Congrats on your new Carbons they are the best if you ask me.

One quick question, please let me know if you have sound proofed the Boot and the boot lid. Do you face any rattling sound from the boot lid when you play your subs at high volume???

Thanks buddy. I have done some damping in the doors and the boot, it's been doing good. I don't have any rattling from the boot yet, but I have a feeling they are slowly arising. Anyways more damping has been planned on the door pads and the boot.

I heard this set up last evening and it rocks. The vocals were beautiful, just beautiful. The small but powerful sub blends in very well. Worth every penny spent. Two of the best ICE I have heard in the last few months have been on Fiestas, the other one being Bakiya's.

Both the setups are a result of extreme passion and a ton of hard work.
We're fortunate to be in Chennai for not having enthusiast installers like B&T or Blueraven316 in the city.
Like they say, Necessity is the mother of invention and this is what provided the fire to do hundreds of hours of research for choosing each and every component of the setup carefully. And taking extreme measures to get the install done to perfection. Not to forget the hours of getting the tuning better with every single track.
It took Blood, sweat and a little money (relatively).

My cheers to Satheesh and Bakiya!

I second that and yes we are even fortunate to have such passionate friends/bhp'ians. For being along in all those discussions, decisions and not to mention the time consuming installs. Cheers
