1. 4" in the front is a compromise. If I had a car that only allowed 4" inthe front (usualyl dash) I'd find a way around it. the simples way is to get a 4" fullrange, and mate it to a 6" compoent system using a custom XO pref. biamped.

2. we are talking ICE here. Most here want to be a fe steps above an OEM system.

Unless they want someone to break it. But that takes speed. hmm.. confusing.

At the risk of sounding Bombastic I will say that if neither Sam, JB, Gunbir, Mclaren, Aseem or myself have not heard of a brand it is probably something someone imported from China with no QC. You can be lucky or unlucky. I would not touch it.

We have seen these amps... Yes, they are Chinese no brand amps with "Sound Barrier" logo on them. Some poor folks have even paid upto 14K for these...

Yes JB, thanks. Now I remember, they are really cheap amps. Not recommended unless they're super duper cheap and someone has heard them.

For the sub/tube, will I need a additional Amp ? or the 504 would power the front 4" as well as the sub/tube..
& the 5.25" - should they just be powered by th HU Amp ?

Well i now i m really feeling sorry for my friend who got this "sound barrier" amp installed in his car....This amp is like 1000W, Its 4 channel and comes for around 4k....Though it is giving nice sond in my friends car but still i wudnt go for it..

Well mclern since frankly speaking i really dont understand wht series and parralel means so tom i'll b going to a technician and i will make sure that sub is connected in series, though i think right now it is connected in series thaks 4 ur help...
If u cud explain me abt series and parrallel i wud b greatful....LOLZ thank you....

And the Rc lead that i got it is like 5 mts and it is not in any kit, i just got this lead for 650 bugs, though it has JBL logo printed in many places but still in india anything is possible...so ...it can b a fake one tooo.....
Can anyone tell me wht good four channel amps are in market these days i m thinking of replacing this sony 504 for a new better amp....I thinking getting a new four channel amp is better than getting another two channel along with this 504.
My Car consists of
Pioneer 6991 speaker they ar 6*9 i guess
Plus pioneer 306 Dvc sub
I m going to get ts 20 tweeters also after sometime..

I dont have and dont want any front speakers

So what is the best amp that suits this config and how much is it for???PLz help?? My budget will b somewhere around 6,7k but ppl can suggest me amp less than this also, I m very kanjus ..........
Thankyou ppl waiting 4 ur replys
