y r u going for a mono amp????? sound doesn't makes ne difference and its costlier also the other way and very few company have mono-amps.

when u buy an amp make sure that the amp design is divided into 2 parts

1-2 and 3-4 and have equal external settings on both the sides and very few amps again comes with these settings and twister is 1 of them which i use

it throws 700watts on 1-2 channel
and throws 700watts 3-4 channel
with the same settings for the either channel which does not effect the sound and clarity

well im a student doing my engineering 1st year in bangalore..ICE is my latest passion that seems to have taken over me off lately..though i myself am new to this field id say there is a lot more to learn as this topic is too vast..i dont deal in any brands neither am i interested to represent any..most of us here are here because of passion and not to solicite sales..well u seem to have good brands but publically calling them baap of audio and stuff is not that nice..so pls take care before making such comments..well as far as ur setup in the zen goes im sure it must sound fab..would love to check it out if i come to mumbai..

well u maybe right,i might not be familiar with the technologies that u have mentioned but that doesnt give u the right to make such bold statements..we have here some of the most influential members in the indian audio industry like navin (a DIY whose famous not only in india), sam kapasi (brand director of JBL), gunbir and autophile (india distributors of brands like ID and trutech amps and audison amps)..i bet u too wouldnt have heard about these brands and few of their products are such high end that even u would love to get ur hands on them..for a starters how about a 21'' sub that costs over a lakh, secondly how about some all tube amplifiers for car audio(the only one of their kind)..how about an amp that retails for over 10 lakhs..we have it all here mate, name it and ul get it..yet there is some respect we have here for each other and all brands..so id request u maintain the same..

PS: lets not spoil the flow of the thread..id u want to say something u can PM me or IM me..

hhhmm i dont see anywhere that the amp i mentioned about is the JBL crown series one(did i tell u that i actually stood on the crown series amp which costs around 2.75 lakhs, i mean literally stood on it..im sure all our ICE members know about it,what say guys )..well there are plenty of products that none of us know about and are worth being world class beaters..so its better we not argue..and being a high end dealer and installer i must say thats a very bad of comparing things..
21'' sub costs over a lakh, yes but if u get a 24'' sub for around 60k how in the world can u compare both mate..dont u know the simple fact that its the quality of the equipment that goes into this sub that makes it so expensive..
if i ask u why should i spend a 20-40k more and get a 4 channel amp from audiobahn, alpine,RF or any good brand while im getting a sony 504 for around 3.5k what would you say..see there is no way u can compare these products at all..im sure all my fellow members will agree with this..

RAR...

We are all newbies compared to you man. where have you been. I have heard of mosfets, tubes, T-03s, Digital modules... What are clitters??? I know this may be top secret information but if it doesnt jepordise the future of these companies please do tell us about this new technology.

Also, do clitters look nice, are they related to glitters, do they have a shiny sound, do women sometimes use them in make up like in mumbai dance bars...

Navin, Vivek, here is clitters, now taking no. 1 position and dethroning CCTB from the top

well i thought the soundcard had the 7.1 chip or whatever and thats mounted on the motherboard...correct me if im wrong..well if u can so easily find a clitter that u mentioned about in an ordinary motherboard i dont see the lastest new scientific breathtaking technology(that u so proudly boasted about) being used in the stuff u mentioned about that makes them stand apart from the products already in the market
