So hardware not done correctly can (actually will) cause an issue ! Which component caused this issue? Its not really a software issue in that case, although the impact would be to software behaving wrongly based on the wrong event. I dont think HAL would be undertaking any software upgrades by itself.

I agree that its too generic. Its still about what it could be rather than pinpointing what actually caused it. People who can find the report, please update the link to it. You can comment on what is available
